• All patrons must have a valid ID for entry. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry.

• Non-paid tickets (Complimentary, Give-Away, Transfer, etc.) are not eligible for upgrades or additional benefits.

• All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from failure of any act to appear at the event or if you are unable to attend the event after purchase.

• Bubblegum and Kobalt Bar Phoenix are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• We do not condone any violence, hate or discrimination. We will gladly remove anyone who violates this policy.

• Drugs can be dangerous. Please make smart choices and refrain from public consumption of illegal substances.

• COVID 19 and Variants: There is an inherent risk of exposure by living outside of quarantine. Please do not attend if you are concerned about this exposure. We encourage vaccination and vaccination boosters, however, we are not your parents and being 21+, it is your choice to put yourself at risk. Hand Sanitizer and Masks will be available. There is no policy requiring or restricting a patron in wearing a mask.
